Metro

Downtown was interesting. There are definitely some characters that ride public transportation. This one dude hopped on and didn't have the fifty cents needed to ride. His sandals were plastic and he had a yellow sheet in his hand. He continued to explain that he had just been released from jail and didn't have any change. The bus driver told him to get off and he refused. I imagined the moistened chub of an arm the bus driver had shoving the disordered guy into the thorny bushes waiting outside. A black lady behind me handed him fifty cents. To be continued...
